When rude and mean behaviors are overgeneralized as bullying, a pressing issue loses its urgency. Learn how to consistently distinguish between rude, mean and bullying behaviors and to effectively assess reported incidents of bullying.

  2. Use the three P's that identify bullying behavior to effectively assess reported incidents of bullying.
  3. Implement fun, engaging learning activities that help students understand and stop bullying.

Presenter:
Signe Whitson, C-SSWS, is a director of counseling, author and internationally recognized speaker with more than 20 years of experience working with children, teens and families. She presents customized trainings for professionals, parents and students on topics related to understanding and ending bullying, helping students manage anger, changing passive aggressive behavior and de-escalating problem situations in schools and treatment organizations.
