AV Information for Presenters

GSCA will be providing an LCD Projector, Screen and Video Cabling. As a presenter, you will be responsible for providing a laptop and any necessary adapters you may need to output to a standard VGA or HDMI connection. We cannot stress enough that you remember to pack the for your presentation. Microphones will not be provided in the smaller conference rooms nor will audio be provided. If you are planning on showing a video, you will need to bring a speaker to attach to your laptop. For Mac users, you will need to Lightening to HDMI connectors.

All presentations should be formatted for normal screens (not widescreen). Presenters are strongly encouraged to have a back up of your presentation on a USB in PowerPoint mode.

Complimentary WiFi is available in the Jekyll Island Convention Center. To access the center’s internet go to the network titled: CC-Marshide or CC-Oceanside. There is no password or passcode for the networks in the building.

If you need any technical or internet support there are members of the AV team floating in each major hallway. However, if you do you not see one, feel free to call or text your Event Manager, Anna Sieving at 912-230-3311 to have a member of the AV Team come to your location.
